What to Expect
CLINIC & VIRTUAL VISITS
If it’s your first visit to the clinic we will need to learn about your medical history. You will be asked to complete a form including contact information, medical and surgical history, current medications, allergies, and family history. You can also access this form HERE to complete before your visit. Your referring physician has asked us a specific question regarding your skin and we will focus on that. You may be asked to put on a gown for a full skin exam or to expose the affected area(s) of your skin. After you have been assessed we will discuss treatment options. We try to perform any necessary procedures while you are in the clinic or we will reschedule if more time is needed. We may review skin care, self skin examinations, what to watch out for and sun protection measures. Due to high demand in an underserved area, we do not follow most patients regularly.
